Prefabricated Modular Refineries

This ensures prompt and efficient setup at your location to produce various fuels such as gasoline, diesel, jet fuel, kerosene, marine diesel oil, fuel oil, and liquefied petroleum gas.

Our portfolio of equipment includes: 

• Atmospheric Distillation Units – Refines crude oil into naphtha, kerosene, diesel, and residuum. 
• Vacuum Distillation Units – Separates the atmospheric tower bottoms from the atmospheric distillation units into multiple products. 
• Hydrodesulfurization Units – Removes sulfur compounds from distillate products. 

• Diesel Hydrotreater Units – Removes impurities like sulfur and nitrogen from diesel feed by utilizing catalysts and hydrogen, resulting in ultra-low-sulfur diesel or ULSD production. 
• Kerosene Hydrotreater Units – Utilizes a catalytic process to eliminate sulfur from kerosene, producing jet fuel for aviation use. The refined product can also be used for residential fuel, industrial furnaces, and other fuel combustion purposes. 
• Catalytic Reformer Units – Produces high-octane gasoline. An isomerization unit can be added if necessary to achieve the target octane level for the gasoline product. 
• Hydrocracker Units – Boosts diesel production from heavier fuels. 
• Other process units maybe required during the process equipment design phase depending on client’s project requirements.
